本 屆 團 隊 集 會 主 題
團隊集會旨在鼓勵員工參與，推廣持續改進，共同分享知識和經驗的活動盛會。從2007年開始，于每年舉行跨公司的團隊集會比賽，各參賽隊挑選過去一年最有特色的持續改進項目，用舞臺表演的形式進行比賽和展示。是公司持續改進文化的創新展示平臺，是延鋒一年一度的活動盛事。

團隊集會品牌標識征集
設計圍繞“Team Rally”進行，并將作為品牌標識體現在未來幾年各類團隊集會宣傳材料中。
設計元素可考慮與延鋒戰略及企業文化相關，如“一個延鋒一盤棋，聚力協同贏未來”，“協同化 創新化 全球化”等進行。
團隊集會品牌標識征集時間

征集要求
? 會標能夠充分體現團隊集會持續改進的精神
? 與延鋒企業文化相匹配
? 電子版會標文件以JPG格式保存（最大3MB），并支持黑白、彩色打印
? 會標必須原創，且不包含注冊商標等其他標志，一經發現侵權行為，一切法律后果自行承擔
? 會標無需出現具體年份標識

途徑二 通過郵件發送給所屬公司的團隊集會聯系人，匯總后統一提交。
作品被采用后，作者提供設計原稿（AI/PSD格式）
獎項設置
設計大獎 1名，作品選用為團隊集會品牌標識，獲勝個人現金1000元

Team Rally Kick Off- Logo Design Collection/ Volunteer Recruitment
Yanfeng's Team Rally in 2020 is officially launched! Affected by this year's epidemic, Team Rally is planned to be held this fall.
The theme of this year’s Team Rally
Team Rally is a grand event designed to encourage employees to participate, promote continuous improvement, and share knowledge and experience together. Since 2007, a cross-company team rally competition has been held every year. Each participating team selects the most distinctive continuous improvement projects in the past year, and uses stage performances to display. It is an innovative display platform for the company's continuous improvement culture, and it is also an annual event of Yanfeng.
You can participate in the logo collection or join as a volunteer. Hurry up and look down and participate enthusiastically!

Requirements
? Logo presents the spirit of continuous improvement
? Logo should be in accordance with Yanfeng’s culture
? Logo should be saved as JPG format ( 1 MB maximum). Black-and-white or color printing are both accepted
? Logo should be original creation, cannot use any logo which has copyright
? The element “year” is not required in the logo
How to submit
Way 1 scan the QR code to submit your work directly
Way 2 send it to the contact person of each company by email
After the work is adopted, the author will be asked to provide the original design (AI / PSD)
