      組織機(jī)構(gòu)

（1）海報(bào)類：規(guī)格100×70cm（豎版），分辨率為200～300dpi。作品存儲格式：CMYK模式、提供AI或PS分層及預(yù)覽文件（文件命名格式：作品名稱-作者名字-國家-地區(qū)）。提供文字介紹：作品名稱、設(shè)計(jì)說明（不超過200字）、個(gè)人簡介（不超過300字）及電子檔照片1張。

（2）文創(chuàng)類：提供作品電子檔大圖（展覽時(shí)實(shí)物優(yōu)先展示），文件夾打包命名格式：作品名稱-作者名字-國家-地區(qū)。提供文字介紹：作品名稱、設(shè)計(jì)說明（不超過200字）、個(gè)人簡介（不超過300字）及電子檔照片1張。

● 每位參展作者均可獲贈(zèng)本次活動(dòng)的作品集一本。

● 主辦方向入展作者頒發(fā)證書；凡組織15人以上的院校機(jī)構(gòu)或指導(dǎo)教師有機(jī)會(huì)獲頒優(yōu)秀組織獎(jiǎng)、優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師證書。

● 部分作品將由主辦方制作相關(guān)衍生品。

        送件要求要求    

● 所有參展作品內(nèi)容需要符合主題規(guī)定，作品必須是作者本人設(shè)計(jì)的原創(chuàng)作品，凡有抄襲行為和侵犯著作權(quán)、肖像權(quán)的作品，主辦單位將取消其參展資格，由本人自負(fù)法律責(zé)任。

● 參展作品需體現(xiàn)豐富的長江文化，要求作品富有美感、內(nèi)涵和時(shí)代感，具有高水平的藝術(shù)感染力和視覺沖擊力。

● 投稿作品一經(jīng)投稿，概不退還，請投稿者留有備份。

● 組織方有權(quán)將入選作品用于相關(guān)宣傳、展覽、收藏等商業(yè)使用的權(quán)利。

● 凡投稿者，均視為同意并遵守以上各條規(guī)定。

● 主辦方組織專門評議，嚴(yán)格把關(guān)。

1. Poster category: size 100×70cm (vertical version), resolution 200-300dpi. Work storage format: CMYK mode, provide AI or PS layered and preview files (file naming format: work name-author name-country-region). Provide text introduction: title of work, design description (no more than 200 words), personal introduction (no more than 300 words) and 1 photo in electronic file.

2. Cultural and creative categories: Provide electronic files of works (physical objects are preferred for exhibition), and the folder naming format: work name-author name-country-region. Provide text introduction: title of work, design description (no more than 200 words), personal introduction (no more than 300 words) and 1 photo in electronic file.

      Scale of the Exhibition      

The collection of works for this exhibition starts from Nantong, a city in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and urban joint curators will be recruited in provinces along the Yangtze River to jointly present the most high-quality, large-scale and influential Yangtze River cultural theme exhibition in the field of creative design. It is planned to exhibit about 800 poster works and about 200 cultural and creative works.

       Rewards      

● Each participating author will receive a portfolio of collection of works for this event.

● The organizer will issue certificates to the participating authors; institutions or instructors who organize more than 15 people have the opportunity to be awarded the Excellent Organization Award and the Excellent Instructor Certificate.

● Some of the works will be produced by the organizers as related derivatives.

       Submission Requirements      

● The content of all exhibited works must comply with the theme regulations, and the works must be original works designed by the authors themself. Any works that have plagiarism or infringe on copyright and portrait rights will be disqualified by the organizer, and the applicant shall bear legal responsibility.

● The exhibited works must reflect the rich culture of the Yangtze River, and the works are required to be full of beauty, connotation and sense of the times, and have a high level of artistic appeal and visual impact.

●  Once the works are submitted, they will not be returned, and the contributors are requested to keep a backup copy.

● The organizer has the right to use the selected works for commercial use such as publicity, exhibition and collection.

● All contributors are deemed to agree to and abide by the above provisions.

● The organizers will organize special evaluation and strictly controls.
