為營造校園國際化氛圍，彰顯復旦外國留學生的文化特色，提高“留學復旦”的關注度和知名度，現舉辦“留學復旦”吉祥物征集大賽。具體如下：
To foster an international campus atmosphere,showcase the cultural characteristics of Fudan's international students,and enhance the visibility and reputation of"Study at Fudan,"we are organizing the"Study at Fudan"mascot design contest.Details are as follows.

Event Introduction
本屆吉祥物設計比賽由復旦大學外國留學生工作處主辦，外國留學生新媒體中心策劃，征集對象面向復旦師生及關心復旦留學生工作的社會各界人士。
The current mascot design competition is organized by the International Students Office of Fudan University,designed by the International Students New Media Center,targeting all faculty and students of Fudan University and people from all walks of life who care about international students at Fudan.

作品要求
Submission Requirements
1.吉祥物形象應充分體現復旦大學的辦學理念和來華留學生的精神風貌，具有一定的辨識度和親和力。
The mascot design should fully embody the educational philosophy of Fudan University and image of international students,ensuring high recognizability and affinity.
2.吉祥物設計要簡潔活潑、美觀大方，建議采用動物、植物或其他創意形象。設計需要彰顯創意性和藝術性，既具有美感又易于識別和傳播。
The mascot design should be concise,lively,and aesthetically pleasing,preferably featuring animals,plants,or other creative images.It should reflect creativity and artistry,being both visually appealing and easily recognizable and shareable.
3.作品表現形式不限，可以手繪或電腦繪畫，建議設計者提供吉祥物的正反面設計或三維效果圖，標識相關設計元素，以pdf、psd或jpg形式保存(分辨率不低于300dpi，3840*2160px)，以便后續制作和應用。
The presentation format of the works is not limited and can be hand-drawn or computer-generated.The designers are advised to provide front and back flat design illustrations or three-dimensional renderings of the mascot to denote the relevant design elements.Please save the images in PDF,PSD,or JPG format(the resolution no less than 300dpi,3840*2160px).
4.設計中須包含吉祥物的名稱與設計說明，包括作品設計理念和引用元素的簡要介紹（如吉祥物的構思和創意、造型和色彩搭配的寓意等方面說明），說明文字應提供WORD格式。
The design must include the name of the mascot along with design instructions,including a brief introduction of the design concept and reference elements(such as the mascot's conception and creativity,symbolic meanings of the design and color combinations,etc.).The explanatory text should be provided in WORD format.

所有稿件均以壓縮包形式發送（Zip或Rar格式均可），作品和郵件主題統一命名為“吉祥物設計+姓名+院系+聯系電話”。
All submissions should be sent in compressed format(Zip or Rar format is acceptable),with the artwork and email subject uniformly named as"吉祥物設計+Name+Department+Contact Number".

評選方式
Competition judging
入圍作品將參與線上投票和專家評審，線上投票得分占比40%，專家評審得分占比60%，最終將評選出一二三等獎和入圍獎。
Shortlisted entries will undergo online voting and expert review.Online voting accounts for 40%of the total score,while expert review accounts for 60%.First,second,and third prizes will be awarded,along with honorable mentions.

1.設計作品須為原創，一旦查出抄襲或侵權行為，將取消參賽資格；
Design submissions must be original.Once plagiarism or infringement is detected,the participant will be disqualified.
2.參賽作品不存在任何知識產權爭議，不涉及任何法律糾紛；
The entries have no intellectual property disputes and are free from any legal disputes.
3.參賽作品未參加過其他類似大賽或活動；
The entries have not participated in any similar contests or activities before.
4.獲獎作品版權歸復旦大學外國留學生工作處所有，外國留學生工作處有權對參賽作品進行修改、宣傳和推廣。
The copyright of the award-winning works belongs to the Fudan International Students Office.ISO has the right to modify,promote,and publicize the entries.
