上海市人民政府新聞辦公室聯合中國日報社啟動2022年度"我在上海過春節"短視頻征集大賽,面向在滬過年的高校國際學生征集具有全球視野、彰顯春節文化特色的短視頻,創意展現申城年味的精神風貌。

"My Spring Festival in Shanghai" Short Video Competition co-organized by the Information Office of Shanghai Municipality and China Daily is accepting entries. The competition is open to all international students who had the experience of celebrating the Chinese New Year 2022 in Shanghai. The competition entries are expected to showcase the Chinese Spring Festival in Shanghai with creativity and a global vision.

3作品要求

Requirements

1.作品形式：無限制，包括Vlog、脫口秀、演講、訪談、原創歌曲等形式

2.視頻時長：3-5分鐘

3.字幕：視頻語言若為中(或英)語,請添加中英雙語字幕,若為其他語種,添加其他語種和英語字幕

4.視頻分辨率及格式：1080*1920或以上，格式Mp4/Mov,9: 16豎屏

5.文件大小：200M以內

1.Forms: There are no restrictions on the forms. It can be a vlog, a talk show, a speech, an interview, original songs or other forms.

2.Video duration: 3-5 minutes.

3.Subtitles: If the video language is in Chinese or English, please add Chinese and English subtitles; if it is in other languages, please add other languages and English subtitles.

4.Resolution and format: 1080 * 1920 or above, MP4 / MOV, 9:16 vertical screen.

5.Size: Within 200M.

獎項設置

Awards

所有參賽選手均將獲得的大賽榮譽證書,并有機會獲得免費培訓課程,課程主題包括但不限于國際傳播理論、新媒體傳播、短視頻制作等。優秀選手還將獲得由主辦方提供的實習、參與國際傳播活動機會。

All contestants will receive the certificate of honor of the competition and have the opportunity to receive free training courses. The course topics include but are not limited to international communication theory, new media communication, short video production, etc. Excellent players will also get the opportunity to practice and participate in international communication activities provided by the organizer.

比賽須知

Instructions

1.選手應保證個人信息真實準確,參賽作品必須為原創, 不得侵犯他人著作權、肖像權等合法權益，一經發現立即取消參賽資格，參賽者自行承擔法律責任。

2.選手的視頻內容、照片及錄音版權均歸大賽主辦方所有,大賽主辦方擁有提供給媒體進行刊播、展覽、網絡推廣等非商業性質的作品使用權。

3.本屆賽事活動各項事宜最終解釋權歸主辦方所有。

1. The contestants should ensure that their personal information is true and accurate. The entries must be original and shall not infringe upon the copyright, portrait right and other legitimate rights and interests of others. Once found, they shall be disqualified immediately, and the contestants shall bear their own legal responsibilities.

2. The copyright of the contestants' video content, photos and recording belongs to the competition organizer, who has the right to provide the works to the media for publication, broadcasting, exhibition, network promotion and so on, which are with non-commercial purposes.

3. The organizers reserve the final right for explanation on any of the information presented hereby.
